When I began massage school, it was my intention to join other healthcare professionals to help people recover from injuries. Immediately upon graduation, I partnered with some fantastic chiropractors and continue to see all my clients in this professional setting. It is extremely gratifying to help people through their recovery process and see them progress from chronic pain to no pain. I also enjoy helping people move from tension and stress to a place of peace and feeling good in their body.

My education includes a Bachelor of Science from University of Colorado; and I also graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2006. Additional Bodywork Training I have completed includes: Neuromuscular, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Oncology, Hydrostone Therapy, Aromatherapy, and Reiki.

I chose a career in massage therapy as a way to help people improve their health. I engage my mind, body and spirit as I improve the well being of mind, body and spirit in my clients. It is my joy to help others move out of pain and stress and return to their lives with increased energy, mobility and ease. As a lifelong student, I appreciate the complexities of our bodies and enjoy continuing to learn new ways to help others feel their best. Since graduating, I have also become an instructor for the Colorado School of Healing Arts. As a massage instructor, I am able to share knowledge and experience to help future massage therapist achieve their dreams.

I belong to the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and the Westminster Chamber of Commerce. Whether you have been in pain for a long time or woke up feeling stiff and sore, call me. It is my sincere pleasure to help you feel better.
